Great location by the lake near skiing

Cozy cottage in Sälenfjällen with lake location and evening sun on the terrace. Quiet and undisturbed location but still close to ski resorts, 10 minutes to Hundfjället. Trout and Redding fishing both summer and winter. Possibility to borrow a canoe and boat in summer is included in the rent. Walking distance to the only swimming area in Sälen. The nearest grocery stores are in Rörbäcksnäs and Tandådalen. Hiking trail directly behind the cabin, winter time cross-country trails. Borrowing of bed linen and towels is included in the rental rate. The space Comfortable accommodation with three spacious bedrooms and plenty of storage space for clothes and outdoor equipment. Large and well equipped kitchen with lake view. Living room with fireplace and windows facing the lake. Two bathrooms with toilet and shower, one of which also has a steam sauna (for one person) and the other is equipped with a washing machine. Guest access Guests have access to the whole cottage with a large plot and car parking. Also access to rowboat and canoe in summer as well as ice drills and equipment for winter fishing. Other things to note There is currently no possibility to charge an electric car at the cabin as the central electric unit cannot handle this. Pets are welcome in the cabin, we have two hunting labradors ourselves. Although the cabin is thoroughly cleaned for guests' arrival, occasional dog hair may occur. The house is left clean when leaving, in the same condition as when arriving.
