The cottage is a 3 BR, 2 full bath, laundry room, full kitchen, real wood fireplace, hot tub, game room, fire pit, large deck, & heated/cooled using Geothermal energy. The space In this beautiful new home, you will find a well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large table that seats 6, and endless space for creating meals for the whole family. The dining space has easy access to the back deck through sliding glass doors that lead to the outdoor eating area and the side door leads to the grill and the hot tub. In the living room, you can gather around a wood-burning fireplace while you and your guests enjoy a movie on a flatscreen offering a DirecTV satellite mounted above. On the main level, there is a bedroom with a full bathroom located in the hallway with a tub/ shower. There are also another two bedrooms and a guest bathroom upstairs. Guest access Once you’ve booked our property, the door will be open for easy and convenient access. Our rental is secluded with plentiful parking and no neighbors in sight. So wind and snow are part of the winter month experience. 4-wheel drive, snow tread tires, and AWD vehicles are highly recommended during winter months which can range from late October through April. Other things to note There is an additional rental agreement for this property, that will need to be signed. ***No shooting of firearms or fireworks.*** We are dog lovers and our dog and neighbor's dogs have anxiety-related issues with loud noises such as guns and fireworks. Plus, the fireworks are a fire hazard since the property is surrounded by woods. ***Dogs are required to be on leashes when outside.*** ***No excessive noise*** Please be respectful of our neighbors regarding noise, sound tends to carry in the hills and valleys. ***Limited cell phone and WiFi signal*** Depending on your cell phone provider, you may not have service. We do provide WiFi, but it can also be temperamental which unfortunately is out of our control. we hope you understand. Failure to follow the simple rules listed above may result in an early ending to your stay without reimbursement.
