This cozy suite/studio apartment is located in the Washburne Historic District in Springfield. It is a 5 minute walk to revitalized downtown Springfield. Easy and quick access to downtown Eugene, Hayward Field (site of the World Championships) and the UofO via LTD EmX and the Willamette Riverbank Bike Path. This quiet, updated studio is attached to the back of our private residence with only one common wall. Private entrance, A/C, kitchenette, and off-street parking spot.
