Our house is ideal for families and has a perfect location, between Lisbon and Cascais, just 300m from the beach, 100m from a park and a few steps from the train station and all kinds of shops. The outdoor space was designed mainly for the fun of children and so that adults can socialize and relax while they play nearby. Inside, a playroom has been created, which is also a dream for the little ones. NOTE: Expenses are not included for monthly rentals. The space Typology: Double bedroom with wardrobe; Bedroom with a single bed + extra bed + bed for a child up to 5 years old; Recently, the playroom was converted into an office with two single extra beds for guests, due to the request of previous guests. There are 2 full bathrooms that serve these 3 bedrooms, and all bedrooms have access to the terrace. The living room is very spacious and filled with natural light, with 2 glass walls and doors that provide access to the terrace and garden at both ends. It has different and well-defined seating areas, one more suited for socializing and watching TV and another ideal for relaxation and reading or for finishing some work at the designated table. The garden is great for children to play in, with an open area where they can run freely, play ball, ride a scooter or electric car, or they can choose to jump on the trampoline. There is also a garden where they can pick vegetables, dig the soil, and water the plants, to learn more about nature. In this area, there are different seating areas for parents to relax. On the terrace, we have a large table for 7 people, perfect for outdoor meals, with an awning to protect from the sun. This terrace gives access to a small garden area with a playhouse, a slide, and a table with tools. The kitchen is very spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing your meals. This space also includes a dining table for 7 people. Guest access The property is private, both the house and the garden and terraces. Other things to note EXPENSES: Expenses included in short-term rentals during the month of August (water, electricity, gas, and gardening). The cleaning service is the only one not included. CHILDREN: We have all types of accessories for children of all ages, such as a crib, changing table, bathtub, high chair, stroller, and car seat, in addition to all the available toys already mentioned, as well as beach toys. BEACH: You will have at your disposal a sun umbrella and beach towels for both adults and children. OTHER SERVICES: We offer all the necessary services to make your life easier and simplify the organization of your trip: Transportation service with child seats for all ages; Preparation of homemade meals at home or delivered ready-made; Organization of tours and activities suitable for families with children; Babysitting at home or to accompany activities and/or tours.
