PB Home Base Less than a Block from the Beach!

You'll have private use of the entire 1bd/1ba apartment located within a 30 unit community less than a block from one of the most desired beaches in beautiful and fun Pacific Beach San Diego! Views of the ocean downstairs out the property's courtyard, you're practically staying at the beach. A hub of some of San Diego's best restaurants, nightlife, and shopping on Garnet Ave are an approximate quarter mile stroll away via the beachfront boardwalk. The space The space has renovated finishes with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything that you need for a stay that feels like home. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom. Guest access You'll have entire, private access to the space within the apartment during your stay. This is a community of 29 other residences. Shared areas with the community are the entire courtyard area, the communal BBQ, communal outdoor seating area, and the Hot Tub Jacuzzi. Coin operated laundry machines are shared with the community in the laundry room. Other things to note Being that we're located within a 30 unit residential community, you'll get to live like a local while you're here. For this, it's VERY important that you agree to be a good neighbor and treat it as if it were your own. There is an assigned parking spot available for your rental and will be provided at check in. Parking is free first available on the street. It can be very difficult at times given our close proximity to the beach and everything fun in PB. The TV in the living room is a smart TV that will allow you to access your favorite streaming services that you use, but does not have cable channels. Shared areas with the community are are maintained and operated by the building, and we're unfortunately unable to guarantee their availability during your stay. If available, these are courtyard area, the communal BBQ, communal outdoor seating area, and the Hot Tub Jacuzzi. There is not air conditioning inside the unit, but with windows, fans, and the ocean breeze, it tends to stay moderately cool. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent.
