From the moment you step inside, you'll feel right at home with its charming decor and spacious layout. As you enter, the abundance of natural light pouring through the many windows will welcome you, showcasing the beauty of the cottage. It is just steps away from the beach. The cottage features a full-sized bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a charming low-ceiling loft bedroom with a cozy queen bed that's perfect for kids or the young at heart. The cozy living room boasts a comfortable sofa bed that accommodates additional guests easily. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve a delicious meal, including a full-size fridge to keep your beverages chilled. Meanwhile, the modern bathroom boasts a flushable toilet and a refreshing shower, making your nature escape more convenient (we DO NOT have: OVEN, DISHWASHER, WASHING MACHINE - all out of service). As you step outside, you'll be greeted with the picturesque beauty of the great outdoors. Relax and take in the breathtaking sunsets from the comfort of two Muskoka chairs, or fire up the BBQ and enjoy a delicious meal in the fresh air. For ultimate relaxation, there's even a hammock waiting for you to swing away your worries and lounge in the tranquillity of nature. Take a stroll along the river, hike the nearby trails, or simply unwind on the porch with a good book. Roast marshmallows by the fire pit, or cook up a feast on the BBQ. Whatever your preference, there's something for everyone at Lucier Tiny Cottage. Lucier Tiny Cottage is the perfect retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the beauty of nature without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Experience this charming abode's warm and inviting atmosphere - we can't wait to welcome you! Other things to note > Although it appears in the photos, we DO NOT have: OVEN, DISHWASHER, WASHING MACHINE - all out of service. > Necessities not included: towels, blankets or personal hygiene items. > > We only provide bed fitted sheets/ pillowcases, soap and toilet paper. > $200 security deposit is required at check-in (Not included in the booking payment). Fully refundable after your stay. > After two guests, We charge an extra $10 for each guest per night. > One-time $29 pet fee required for up to a maximum of 2 pets (if applicable). > We also have kayaks and canoes available for use at no cost (2 hours max per day per guest). We provide life jackets for adults and kids. > Included: Plates, Cups, Cutlery, Cutting Board, and Dish Towel. > Check-in time is 3 pm - 9 pm.
