Enjoy a delightful stay in my cheerful and relaxing home. The house is equipped with fast Wifi, dedicated workspace, and in room coffee facilities to make your stay comfortable. Update, my 25yo daughter is now staying with me so this creates a shared bathroom space. Her 6yo daughter stays every other weekend also. This is a great location for students, workers and travellers. Great quality at a low price. Every guest who has stayed, has announced it to be the most comfortable and chilled AirBnB they've ever been in. I reside here, as does my daughter of recent times, and on a fortnightly weekend, her 6yo daughter. My work keeps me extremely busy so I'm hardly home, and when I am, I'm usually squirreled away in my office. This is your space, from the moment you walk in the front door to the time you hand back the keys. Predominately suitable for singles or couples. At right seasonal times, you can help yourself to whatever is growing in the vege gardens. Nothing beats the freshness of home grown!! PARKING There is parking out the front of the house that is available for your car, trailer, truck, aeroplane, boat......etc etc During your stay I run my own hospitality events services business so am quite busy at any given hour of the day. Quite the night owl thanks to my career choices, and can quite often be found at my desk into the wee hours of the morning, sometimes asleep 😴💤. However, I am respectful of my guests needs and am as quiet as a church mouse 🐭 More than happy to have a chat, and if any questions arise about the area, or anything, please don't hesitate to hit me up and I'll do my best to get you the answer. When I am, home, I generally keep to myself. My daughter does have her friends visit,however they are well aware that this is an Airbnb establishment and are very respectful of that. Any concerns, please raise them with me immediately or as soon as able. Other things to note Basic toiletry items - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and bed linen provided. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Tea and coffee are provided, as are basic cooking essentials - oil, spreads, salt/pepper, butter, milk, etc. Laundry has detergent provided for your use. Fast Unlimited WIFI access : Avg 100mps (can vary due to weather/local traffic) Ducted heating throughout the house and air-conditioning in main living areas. A personal fan is available in your room.
