Compliance with the terms outlined in the agreement is mandatory for all stays. ► Please be informed that our pet fee stands at $50.00 per pet for each stay. Airbnb's default charge is a pet fee of $50.00. However, for guests with 2 to 3 pets, an additional fee of $30.00 will be collected separately after the initial Airbnb charge. ►In addition to welcoming the furry family members, we do have a fenced-in backyard for dogs to run and play. We just please ask that you respect our home and keep all animals crated when you are away, no animals on the furniture, and please pick up after potty time.
