Refurbished, clean, bright and well-appointed apartment for your stay on the mountain. Ideally located a few meters from the slopes, cable car and hiking, mountain biking and other activities. Numerous shops at the foot of the residence: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, equipment rental... Come and recharge your batteries in Villard-de-Lans, a friendly and dynamic resort, which offers a large ski area of 125 km, with snow cannons, in a magnificent natural environment. The space In winter and summer, you can enjoy many sports and nature activities, to recharge your batteries in the magnificent landscapes of the Vercors. A breath of fresh air less than: 45 minutes from Grenoble, 1.5 hours from Lyon, 1,5 hours from Valence. The studio, completely renovated, is located at the "Balcon de Villard", an easily accessible location, with many free parking spaces, a few minutes' drive from the historic city center of Villard-de-Lans: beautiful picturesque mountain village. Dynamic and lively in all seasons, you will find many restaurants, shops and grocery stores, bars and tobacconists, casino, water park, bowling alley, ice rink, cinema, ... —> A "CLEANING OPTION" is quite possible at the rate of €40 per stay (cleaning carried out by an external company that has set this rate). Feel free to ask us if you do not want to take care of it. Thank you The apartment: It has 2 single bunk beds with quality mattresses (90 cm) in the entrance area, as well as a sofa bed for 2 (140 cm) in the main living room. Each bed is equipped with its own pillow, mattress protector and duvet. —> PLEASE NOTE: Remember to bring your fitted sheet, sheet and pillowcase. You have a ski locker closed with keys and secured by a digicode door that we ask you to use to store your skis, snow and others in order to avoid damage in the apartment. At the entrance of the apartment, you will find a large storage space with cupboards, wardrobe and hangers. We ask that you place your ski boots or boots, sleds in the stainless steel bin provided for this purpose to avoid any damage. You can also hang your wet things there to drain. If you use the clothes rack, please put a mop underneath so as not to damage the floor. You can also store suitcases under the bunk bed. Books, board games and colored pencils are at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine, toaster, kettle, ... A large bay window allows you to enjoy plenty of light and mountain views, towards Les Glovettes. To the right of the kitchen, the sliding door opens onto the spacious and refurbished bathroom: shower, sink with storage cabinet and hairdryer, toilet and clothes rack. Please note, the water is very hot. The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor and is served by a staircase and elevator. It has blackout curtains and an electric roller shutter for total or partial darkness at night according to your convenience. Please do not smoke in the apartment! Guest access You have access to the entire apartment and we leave you the kitchen and cleaning essentials on site. You also have access to the ski locker protected by a digicode on the 1st floor. Other things to note At your disposal: TV, dishwasher, freezer with ice cubes, hair dryer, clothes rack, board games, books, toaster, kettle, auxiliary electric oil-filled radiator (be careful not to put anything on it!). Note: - Bathroom, kitchen and bed linen is NOT provided (remember to bring your tea towels and bath mats in addition to your bath towel). - No smoking allowed. Please do not smoke! - Clean pets allowed but please make sure they don't cause any damage and clean up after them when cleaning. - No parties. Additional information: You are responsible for cleaning. Please think of the following guests and leave the apartment in the condition you would like to find it in upon arrival. Remember to empty the kitchen and bathroom trash cans, as well as the fridge and freezer before you leave please. —> A "cleaning option" is quite possible at the rate of €40 per stay (cleaning carried out by an external company that has set this rate).
