It sleeps 4 adults/ 2 children with large Anderson windows providing natural light into each space. Private outdoor gardens with Fire pit, BBQ area, outdoor dining area, and furniture and a private deck. It is a 5-10 minute walk to main st shops/ restaurants,Jitney and LIRR. Close to winery's and local brewery. The space This charming and private cottage is secluded at the rear of our property with a private yard, lovely gardens, outdoor furniture , fire pit, BBQ and private deck for morning coffee or tea. The cottage has 2 designated parking places at the cobblestone next to the vintage brick walkway. The interior is beautifully furnished and detailed with all the comforts of home. It sleep 2 in the main bedroom queen bed, 2 in the second double bed and 2 in the above bunk and pull out trundle. The cottage is suited for both Adults and Adult's with children. The Cottage is a wonderful choice for a comfortable, fun and peaceful stay on our lovely North Fork. 5- 10 minute walk to town and very close to vineyards and our local brewery. Guest access Please note that the garage, greenhouse, above garage loft and pool are not included in the cottage rental. The cottage has its own very private yard space. The driveway is common with 2 designated Cottage parking spaces. There may be one or more cars sharing the driveway. Your parking spot is to the right of the vintage brick walkway up to the cobblestone. Other things to note The house rules are listed on the counter of the Kitchen for your conveinience.
