THE SPACE The house is located in the quiet and pleasant area of Hastignan/Picot in Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, within walking distance of all amenities (tobacconist/newsagent, bakery, butcher, Basque deli, small supermarket, Intermarché, pharmacy, florist...). You'll have the choice of going surfing on the ocean (Le Porge, Lacanau, Lège Cap Ferret), or going to eat oysters on Arcachon Bay (Andernos, Ares, Lanton, etc.) and on the Cap Ferret peninsula. Not to mention the magnificent Bordeaux and the vineyards of the region (Médoc (Chateau Margaux, Saint Esthephe), Saint Emilion, Pessac Leognan, Blaye, etc.).
