Private guest suite in historic Maine cottage

Come enjoy a relaxing stay in the upstairs of a cozy, historic home nestled on the beautiful coast of Maine. The house is within a 2 minute walking distance from Simpson's Point where you can enjoy swimming, picnics, sunsets, and stargazing. You can expect peaceful, quiet days and evenings with the option to bathe in a skylight-lit bathtub/shower and snuggle up in comfy beds lit by twinkle lights. Rental includes entire upper floor with private entrance along with tv/internet (Netflix only). The space The historic cottage is tucked up on a little field in the trees. The private entrance to the airbnb is on the side of the house and consists of the entire, top floor of the home. Guests must walk up a historic steep set of stairs to reach the two rooms. There is one bedroom with one queen-sized bed and 1 twin futon and one living room with a queen-sized futon. Both rooms have plentiful natural light with skylights and windows. In addition to the two rooms, there is a bathroom with a romantic bathtub and shower. There is a mini-refrigerator, toaster oven, and water boiler for tea and coffee (no full kitchen for cooking). Additionally, there is free wifi and television. The cozy space has beautiful historic wooden beams, wide-plank wood floors, bookshelf wall, and brick chimney from the late 1700s. There are 2 adirondack chairs just outside the front door to the airbnb so you can soak up the sunshine while peacefully enjoying your morning tea/coffee. Guest access There is plenty of parking in the driveway in front of the garage. The airbnb consists of the entire top floor of the home. The space has a private entrance and is completely separate from the lower floor of the main cottage. Guests are welcome to explore the property. Other things to note The space is best suited for adults and children who are able to walk up a steep, narrow set of stairs at the entrance to the rooms. There is both a shower and bathtub, but there is no full kitchen. A mini-fridge, toaster oven and hot water kettle are provided for your convenience. Quiet hours begin after 10pm.
