Two terraces offer either relaxation or a place for communal meetings. The cottage is located directly on a large meadow with plenty of space to enjoy, let off steam and play. Directly adjacent are a bedroom with two single beds, a modern shower room and a practical storage room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable hotel beds. Another highlight is the shower room with adjoining sauna, which invites you to a private SPA experience. Two terraces are available. The large meadow directly by the house invites you to experience nature – enjoy the wide view of the countryside, let off steam or relax in the middle of the quiet landscape. The air conditioning in the living room and on the upper floor ensures pleasant temperatures in the house on hot days. The vacation home includes two parking spaces, which are located in an adjacent central parking lot. New from 2026: For a completely carefree stay, the beds are freshly made upon arrival, and a terry towel package per person is now part of the standard equipment. So you can enjoy maximum comfort from the start – without additional booking. Information about the visitor's tax and possible additional costs: The visitor's tax is calculated at the time of booking. In the event of changes to the statutes, the spa contribution rate may change until your arrival. The visitor's tax calculated by the municipality is always to be paid. Sauna: For responsible and fair use of the sauna, we rely on a separate billing of €0.50/kWh. So you can enjoy our wellness offer at a minimum usage price – without any flat-rate surcharges in the rent. Firewood: We will provide you with firewood for your fireplace upon arrival and it can be purchased if necessary.
