This cottage was completely renovated in 2021 with modern conveniences including air conditioning in the master queen bedroom and living room and all new furnishings. The home offers one level living and easy access to Seven Tree Pond. Enjoy the view with a glass of wine while listening to the 'call of the loons' as the sun goes down.  The Badger restuaraunt is nearby as well as a grocery store for steaks or burgers for the grill. We encourage guests to check out Beth's Farm Market to load up on fresh fruits and vegetables. They also sell oysters, live lobster, and the best corn on the cob we have ever tasted. Rent this beautiful, newly updated cottage in Union and experience all the wonderful things that Seven Tree Pond offers! The private dirt road to access the property is a half mile long which is great for morning walks. Guests can swim, kayak, and also fish from the dock with a valid fishing license. This fresh 3 bedroom home provides space for up to 6 guests. There's a good chance you might unload the car and not want to leave the property. It's the perfect spot for a family vacation. Don't forget ingredigents for smores over the firepit and of course your bathing suit! Other things to note Smoking Is Not Permitted anywhere on or inside of any of our rental properties nor are those who may partake in tobacco or any smoking allowed to occupy any of our properties. Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy could include infants and children. Amenities offered through On the Water in Maine Inc. are not available at all the properties we offer for rent. Boat Rentals through Maine Watercraft Rentals Inc. are offered Sunday morning to Friday after 4pm and include free delivery to the property.
