Enjoy the morden and vintage charm of this remodel house from 1915. This house was remodel in 2020. The guest room has its own separate bathroom, which you don't have to share with anybody. The space Come and enjoy the tranquility and peace of this unique room.  Even though is a share space, you will enjoy your own bathroom. We are located close to I4 and 275 and at walking distance to Ybor City. Guest access Guest are welcome to use the kitchen and the porch. During your stay We will always give you, your space. Other things to note There is no smoking in the house, there will be a penalty of $275 for smoking in the house. There is no drinking or partying either. No eating inside the bedroom. No friends aloud, unless they are on the reservation. The washer and dryer are not for the guest to use.
