Cozy villa with a private garden and sunroom

A centrally located villa in Hillerød with a private garden, within walking distance to Frederiksberg slot (the castle), grocery stores, and Hillerød city centre - where you can find several restaurants, cafés and the SlotsArkaderne shopping mall. This is our primary residence (home) that we rent out while we are away. The space This is a beautiful two story house, with a large enclosed sunroom on the back, and a large covered terrace off the 2nd floor. There are two larger bedrooms with double beds and one small room with a single guest bed on the 2nd floor. Our living room also has a large couch that can sleep another person if needed. There is a large kitchen and a dining table indoors, in the sunroom, and outside on the patio. The garden is large and fully enclosed, to provide privacy and comfort. If you like to work remotely, two of the rooms have an ergonomic office setup, with computer monitors, and raising desks (electric). The sunroom and terrace get morning and afternoon sunshine, and you can see Frederiksberg slot (the castle) from the terrace. Guest access The full house and garden.
