The home was originally constructed in late 1800's and maintains much of its original historical flair throughout. Guests will appreciate tall ceilings, oversized trim and beams, hardwood floors, and the impressive staircase. The large home has three floors with amenities to enjoy on each level. ✺ Main Floor✺ Welcome home! Enter into the foyer where you can unload your belongings and get ready for your stay in Knoxville. The first floor is going to be your main gathering area with the Living , Kitchen, & Dining room all centrally located on the main floor. There is plenty of space for groups of up to 12 spread out, sit-down, and eat together. You can also find the Laundry room & a full bathroom on the 1st floor as well. ✺ 2nd Story✺ Head upstairs to find your main sleeping area's. The 2nd story has three guest bedrooms with either King or Queen beds, clothing storage, and Smart TV's for entertainment. There is a fourth "bunk room" with (2) twin beds as well. There are two (2) full-sized hall bathrooms each with showers, vanities, toiletries, hair dryer's, and anything else you might need to get ready for your day. The Game Room is also located on this floor, and truly has a game to play for people of all ages & Skill levels. Enjoy competing together in Ski-ball, Basketball hoops, Putt-putt, & even a Deer Hunter Arcade game. Step outside onto your 2nd story deck for street views and nice East TN weather. ✺ 3rd Story✺ On the 3rd and final floor, guests will have an additional two (2) bedrooms with Queen sized beds, a full bathroom, and a 2nd kitchen which can be used to prepare small meals or snacks. Guests will have access to the entire Home portion of the property. There is a garage and 2 storage areas at the back of the home that are considered "off-limits" to guests. Professional Management by Halo Hospitality. We will give guests their space, but they will be able to reach out for any issues that come up during their stay. You agree that the pet fee charge is a separate charge than the reservation fee. More details in the House Rules.
