Fourth Bedroom (with queen bed) is on the upper level, along with half bath, eat in kitchen, separate dining area, Living room with 65 inch TV and gorgeous Sunroom featuring music corner with record player and reading nook. Sunroom opens up to large patio with 4 season cedar hot tub. Kitchen is well equipped with blender, Instapot, food processor, waffle iron, handheld mixer, good knives, lots of serving dishes, plates and glassware. Guest access Whole house excluding garage. Other things to note Ground level has central A/C and heat, upper level has 2 split wall units - one in sunroom and one in kitchen/dining area. Baseboard heat throughout home.
