Our 4 accommodations of different capacities on the 1st floor are independent and fully equipped within a 36 ha property, surrounded by horses and forest animals. A reception room, kitchen & bar for 45 people at your disposal. No time or sound restrictions for all your events. You will have easy access to local shops & tourist sites. Located in the countryside, calm and serenity are assured for both tourist and business stays. The space Located on the 1st floor with panoramic views, you will discover a beautiful accommodation in the middle of nature with all the comforts, reversible air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, bath and bed linen provided. 3 bedrooms each with double bed and single bed. Good insulation, guaranteed tranquility, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Kitchenette, electric stove, microwave oven, kettle, Senseo, toaster, kitchen and table utensils, table for 6 people. The reception room and kitchen can be made available on request for friendly meals on the terrace in summer and near the stove in winter! TV screen on request, no TV channels. Guest access For your birthday parties or family and friendly gatherings, we will provide you with an equipped room: professional kitchen and bar as well as a reception area for up to 35 people on the ground floor. Reception room, BAR area and professional kitchen to accommodate all your events, whether festive or professional... Our guests have access to the entire property, a large sheltered terrace is ideal for outdoor dining. Ping-pong table, dartboard, armchair, deckchair, barbecue, picnic tables arranged in the property for more privileged moments. The WELLNESS area is 1.5 hours where time stops... Relaxation in a beautiful private SPA with stone hammam and sports equipment (reservation - extra charge €30 for 2 people)! Your companions are allowed if they are sociable, clean and respectful of the interior of the accommodation. Your horse can also enjoy our meadows for an equestrian stopover stay. Other things to note Come and spend a quiet stay in the small town of Lorris, capital of the Orleans Forest, rich in history. 6 leisure centers are less than 45 minutes away by car. Follow the wonders of nature through the seasons, the banks of the Loire, framed by a dozen castles, all within an hour's drive. Shared: washing machine. Access to the accommodation is via an external staircase and is not suitable for wheelchair users. Unsafe place for children: stream, open space, wood stove in the reception room, unsafe steps. Our guests are expected to leave the cottage in the same condition as they found it on arrival.
