Completely remodeled in the late spring of 2019, you'll appreciate the new kitchen, new bathroom, granite counter-tops, stainless appliances, beautiful floors, king & queen beds, and private laundry options that this two bedroom apartment offers! We even provide a welcome breakfast! Guest Access - The apartment offers floor-level access. Keys are retrieved from a lockbox. Please be considerate of the other tenants in the building, they are working families with children. WiFi access is available, as well as a complimentary access to Prime Video. The property does have exterior video security for added safety (ring), but hosts are not liable for guests belongings/property. You'll have access to an entire 850 sqft apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom, large living area and open kitchen. Interaction with Guests - We would love to meet you, but we understand that its nice to have your space. For that reason, we have designed the unit around the idea that you want your space when you travel. Our experience traveling & working make us understand that the last thing you need is the owner present. However, we are just a phone call/text away! Working family neighborhood. We are located about a half mile from the Pasco regional airport and Columbia Basin Community College. Quick access to the freeway gets your anywhere in the Tri-Cities within minutes. There are many restaurants and coffee shops are nearby, as well as a Walgreens and Albertson's grocery store. We are happy to provide recommendations if you are new to the area! Court street in Pasco is only a couple blocks away. There you will find plenty of food options, an Alberston's grocery store, and plenty of coffee options. You have quick access to two freeway on-ramps within a half-mile of the property. The property is about a half-mile from the Pasco airport, making it one of the most convenient stays in the Tri-Cities if you are flying in. Welcome breakfast is simple, but convenient for a late arrival. Tenants occupy the other apartments, so other families will be on the property. Please be respectful! 11am check out time is important so we have time to get the property ready for the next guest.
