New and furnished with all the comforts, the apartment has a separate entrance on a lit patio, table and chairs, laundry area and attached for separate collection. The apartment in the second row of the sea is new, furnished and equipped to make sure you don't miss anything during your vacation. It is accessed through a private gate in a private and independent patio. This outdoor space, almost always shaded, lit at night with LED lights and candles, is equipped with a table and chairs and full of flowers. It will be a great place to sip coffee or aperitif, relaxing and playing with your baby or even your pet. You'll also have the space to hang your towels or store your beach gear in full comfort and safety. Also outside, we have also used the laundry space. You will find a covered space for the washing machine, detergent area, cleaning and hygiene tools of the house and the space for separate collection. We are happy to confirm that this apartment, although equipped with air conditioners on all rooms, remains very very, very cool and sometimes our guests do not feel the need to use air conditioning. Even for holidays in less hot periods, the apartment with radiator heating offers the convenience of being very warm immediately and so very comfortable. The apartment consists of a kitchen living room with sofa, double bed with comfort mattress, openable, vanishing on a piece of furniture to make the most of the space during the day, kitchen equipped with everything you need (including water in the fridge, spices, salt, oil and sugar), breakfast corner with Illy Iperespresso waffle machine, including coffee and a kettle with various tea and herbal teas. Bathroom with shower and glass cabin. Thermal furniture to heat your towels , sink with furniture container and multi-tone illuminated mirror, complimentary set with sponges and organic soaps, hair dryer. Double room with container bed, closet , smart TV including Netflix, Cotton linens exclusively and double pillows to meet the needs of each customer . We would like to point out that we only use organic products to wash and disinfect linens at each change. We will also provide you with a set of towels for each guest including disposable bathrobe and slippers upon request. We offer FREE change of sheets and towels for the two-week vacation. On request we can also offer paid service at very affordable prices for house cleaning and home shopping. We are at your complete disposal! Guest access You can enjoy all the sweeps of this wonderful apartment! Other things to note For reasons of space, we only accept a small and pet with the recommendation that you never leave it alone inside or outside. The experience teaches us that they often make a nuisance and can create damage since they are in a new environment and especially if left alone. Near home there are bathing establishments that accept dogs and free beaches where our four-legged friends are always welcome. Please and kindly ask that you want to water the plants ( not mandatory) so you will always have a pleasant space. Otherwise, we can do it ourselves , subject to agreement and above all respect for your privacy. Families with children are just a few meters from the property, a park with games and fun. We will provide you with an umbrella to bring with you, in case you decide to enjoy the free beach a stone's throw from the house and above all free and equipped with showers . On request we can provide high chair and children's games according to their age.
