Loft-style apartment (large) in the middle of Friedrichshain

In a perfect location right at Ostkreuz (including Ringbahn line) with a huge range of restaurants and bars, you will find my high-quality, spacious and quiet apartment with balcony in the countryside in the hip and at the same time beautiful Friedrichshain. Shopping, restaurants, Boxhagener Platz and Rummelsburger See are within the immediate vicinity. The perfect mix of going out/experience on the one hand and the possibility of a relaxed, quiet stay on the other. The space The apartment is loft-like cut- there is a huge space that connects the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway and entrance area, offering generosity and brightness. The ceilings are very high. The kitchen has a freestanding kitchen island. The bathroom offers a bathtub. A workspace with a large desk, 32-inch monitor (+ keyboard, mouse, camera, speakers), sufficient light and extremely fast Wi-Fi is available. The bed is a full 2 meters wide (king size bed, box spring bed). From the bed you can use Netflix, etc. like in the cinema with the projector. The furniture is high quality, partly antique heirlooms. The apartment as a whole, but especially the bedroom is extremely quiet due to the thick walls. The apartment leaves potential street noise on the outside as it is located out the back and runs out onto a large interior with green space. When you sit on the balcony, you only see green around you - like in a wellness oasis, which would never suggest that you are in the middle of Friedrichshain. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to live. Guest access As a guest you have access to every area of the apartment. Other things to note No pets. 2026 Update: BABY EQUIPMENT We had a baby, so we temporarily have some baby-related furniture that you can't see in the photos, like a small side bed and a changing table, but it doesn't affect the look at all. (Can be used if you are traveling with a baby.) 2026 Update: TOURIST TAX/ACCOMMODATION TAX €14 is payable per night for the city of Berlin (regardless of the accommodation tax).
