Welcome to Underhill Suite! Located in the Cheat Lake area of Morgantown, WV, we are close enough to Morgantown and the WVU campus but far enough away for a peaceful visit. Enjoy all Morgantown and the area have to offer and return to a spacious suite with all the amenities. Private entrance, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6 - 8) and large living space & kitchenette provide all you need for a get-away in the woods. Surrounded by trees and more trees, you'll love staying at Underhill Suite. Sleeping arrangements: - 1 bedroom with king bed - 1 bedroom with 2 double beds - 1 pull out futon in living room area Living area has: - Tv and gas fireplace - Kitchenette with table with 4 chairs -- Plates, silverware with basic kitchen utensils -- Full size refrigerator -- Coffee maker and coffee -- Convection/microwave oven with cooking supplies -- Electric hot water pot -- Electric griddle -- 2 slice toaster Full bathroom has: - Shower/tub combo - Toilet and shower have a separate door separate from sink/vanity/mirror area in bathroom Gym is separate room off of living room area and has a separate tv and: - Treadmill - Exercise bike - Elliptical machine - Weight machine and free weights - Sit up bench There is a separate staircase and hallway separating Underhill Suite from the main house above. The hallway door is locked when guests are present. We live upstairs with our 2 English bulldogs Luke and Leia (yes, they are brother and sister, just like the other Luke and Leia) and we are available via text or phone during your stay. We can also be available in person at most times. We're happy to do whatever we can to make your stay wonderful and memorable! We live on a beautiful, windy paved country road with lots of trees and few houses. The area is very private. Underhill Suite is the downstairs apartment from our single family home. There is a dedicated parking space for 2 cars at Underhill Suite. You'll need a car to get around although Uber is available. We recently added a .4 mile walking path through our back woods! Turtle Trail is open to all.
