Never. What you see here is what you pay. There are NO resort fees or additional fees collected at any time after the reservation is made or at the time of check-in. ✧ How many guests can stay in the Suite? The Suite sleeps up to 4 guests. The price of the accommodation is for the first 2 guests. Extra guests are then charged 30$ per guest to allow for extra amenities, towels, linen and access to facilities during your stay. An extra guest is any person aged 2+ that will be staying in the Suite. Failure to disclose of the correct number of guests staying is a violation of house rules and might result in your reservation being cancelled upon arrival to the Front Desk. ✧ Why does the cost change when I select alternative dates? Room rates fluctuate based on supply and demand. Dates during a weekend or popular event will be priced higher than average. ✧ What is the difference between booking here vs. through the hotel directly? This Signature Deluxe Suite is privately owned and operated. When you book directly with the owner, you avoid resort fees and additional city taxes while enjoying access to the same services and amenities as other hotel guests. ✧ How far are you from The Strip? The Signature is 0.2 miles from The Strip (~5 minutes walk). The Strip can be accessed via covered pathways connecting it directly to the lobby of your building. ✧ Which Tower is this Suite in? What floor are we on? This unit is in Tower 3. This Suite is on the 17th floor, it is Strip facing and has unobstructed views of the Strip (see listing photos for details). ✧ Can I check in early? Can I check in late? Standard check-in is 3:00 PM. If you arrive early you may store your luggage with the Bell Desk, as well as request temporary keys to access resort amenities such as the pool or fitness center should you wish to do so. You can contact your host to inquire about early check-in options. Subject to availability and charges will apply. The Front Desk in Tower 2 is open 24/7 to check-in arrivals past 10 PM. ✧ Can I check out late? Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If your departure from Las Vegas is not until later, you can store your luggage with the Bell Desk and continue using your keys to access the resort amenities.
