Beautiful Casita. Excellent beach location

location location. location. Just a few steps from one of the best, wide, beautiful, sandy beaches within a small, secure gated community with private, beach access. Fully equipped to make your stay memorable, comfortable and enjoyable. A short beach walk will take you to bars and restaurants and groceries. Effortless access to Mtn. bike trails. Kite/Wing, snorkel, SUP etc. without the need to drive anywhere. It's all about the location and the comforts of home. The space inside the Casita, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. plenty of pots, pans, plates, glassware etc., an espresso machine and a drip coffee maker, 6 burner gas stove, full sized fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. A small island in the kitchen makes for a great eating area. The living room has a couch, coffee table, smart TV, ceiling fan, AC. The bedroom has a new queen size, very comfortable bed and 100 % cotton sheets, bedside tables with wall mounted bedside lights, ceiling fan, AC, wardrobe, full length mirror and a safe to secure your small personal items. the bathroom has a walk in shower. beach towels, bath towels, hand towels and face cloths are provided. plenty of consistent hot water from an electric hot water tank. Other than hand soap, toiletries are not provided. Outdoors provides 2 seating areas, a BBQ, a rinse off, cold water only shower, a clothes line to dry your wet gear and a small lockable storage room. Other things to note This is a private, quiet residential community, secured with a gate and beach access for residents only. There is just one home between the Casita and the beach and there is parking for 1 car adjacent to the Casita. No pets permitted, sorry!. La Ventana and El Sargento are booming and are growing every year. There is much construction throughout town and beyond including our neighbourhood. However, I am thrilled that our community is almost complete and construction is due to be completed by the middle to end of January 2026, turning our neighbourhood into a beautiful, peaceful bit of paradise once again. In saying that, the majority of guests staying in the Casita during construction said it had not inconvenienced them. Mid stay cleaning and linen change can be arranged for a fee of 600 pesos per clean if required and/or requested
