Coming together to create a safe haven for the solo traveler , offering safe secure parking inside fenced and gated property. Gate service on demand, closed at all times . Locked against exit and entry firmly between 11pm~6am unless otherwise arranged for work related purposes. Sleep and rest well assured you and your valuables are safe and secure. A quick read will lay quiet to any misunderstandings. pay close attention to rules 11 - 12 . if these arent to your liking this may not be the place for you . Our property is geared twords the travler and those in the area for work . Currently we arent set up for couples or hosting large groups. This is a 2 story unit with stairs .a single twin bed and single occupancy only . Cleaned in accordance with covid guidelines and additionally ozone treated after every checkout. no additional guests allowed . We have a firm gate policy in place for your security and safety. if you are in area to enjoy the local nightlife this may not be the stay you seek . Free parking for ONE PERSONAL VIECHAL only. no trailers Work and medical situations aside, all Gate hrs are firmly set and upheld . work departure aside . Built almost entirely from recycled & salvaged materials. A continuous work in progress , a 6 year endeavor . most items including furnishings, building materials are reclaimed, salvaged or recycled. Because something may not be new doesnt mean it's not clean . if something is not to your standards, please alert us so we may correct the situation. We cant fix what we arent made aware of . We’ve tried to present a clean stress free , relaxed environment. Whether sitting alone in your own space or socializing in one of the many common areas . There are both shared and fenced private patio areas . Both private and shared fire pit and seating areas . Horseshoe and washer pits for the competitive. The bathroom and laundry are shared spaces at this time . We’ve hosted many musicians here in the past . Artists, Actors, Historians, Writers, Photographers as well as the work sector. All are welcome. We hope you too find this a clean comfortable relaxing place to be . Guest access All guests will have access to all shared spaces . laundry , shower, bathroom , seating and fire pit area. there is free parking to acomidate ONE PERSONAL VIECHAL. There is no room for additional trailers, toy haulers ect . we have campers to acomidate as well as yourself. unless you rent an additional site separately for this purpose you'll have to make other arrangements for additional pull behinds. A large communal charcoal/wood grill is available , regulation horseshoe, teather ball and washer pits as well as adequate sz private charcoal grill at each tent camp , rv site and single occupancy guest house . Laundry, bath & apartment are ozone treated after every checkout. Going the extra mile to ensure your health & safety. The interior of fenced property is exactly 1/8 uninterrupted mile for walking or jogging . Other things to note 1.A storm shelter is present here on the property in the event of inclement weather. It will be opened by host only during these times as necessary and is otherwise off limits to guests . 2. The shared spaces are just that . Shared . Please respect your neighbors, their belongings & privacy. 3.Bathroom / laundry are currently shared spaces . Locks / entry chimes are installed to ensure your privacy & safety. 4. A dryer, 2 washers are available for your use within reason. Please be considerate. Remove your wash promptly & wipe down machines. 5.Cleaning supplies, wipes , gloves,sprays are provided for necessary after use clean up. Bath, laundry , apartments are ozone treated after checkout. Dissolvable detergent sheets , bleach pods , washer scent and dryer sheets are provided for your use during your stay . A clothesline available for your use. 6. The bathroom / shower stall area is single occupancy . Towels are provided for all guests . Additional darker towels are present for makeup, automotive or work cleanup . If none are present please don’t hesitate to bring it to our attention. they will be immediately provided. 7. Baskets are provided for your soiled towels / linens in guesthouse & laundry area . Please pick up all personal belongings out of bathroom / laundry after exit . We will be in to sanitize / clean as soon as possible when you’ve completed your bath . 8. Please shut off all lights , ac , fans , coffee makers, etc.. Please keep shared space doors closed .West Texas has a plethora of native associated wildlife. Nobody wants those sorts of surprises. 9. Please shut off all interior cabin, porch lights, television, ac units upon checkout. Please unplug personal chargers , radio , coffee machine upon checkout. Please make sure any dirty cookware, dishes ,grill tongs etc are deposited into cabin dishpan provided for this purpose. 10. pets under 20 pounds are allowed and must remain kenneled or leashed at all times . THEY MAY NOT BE LEFT WHILE YOU WORK . REGISTERED KENNELS AVAILABLE IN TOWN. they must be cleaned up after , controlled. Other guests share the property on occasionand may not share your love for your animal. Ferrets , snakes , rats ect are considered pets and must be claimed when booking. These rules are for your pets protection. We will not hesitate to call animal control and have them picked up. 11. You may have no Visitors, Guests , parties, functions , get togethers ect . Your visitors will not be allowed entry. Violation of this rule will resultin instant expulsion. 12. There is a strict gate policy in place . Gates are locked firmly at 11 PM. Unlocked for your convenience at 5:30 -11:00 am . We are happy to acomidate the working sector. keep us apprised of your scedual. Unless late arrival has been arranged or in the event of medical or work related emergencies. This rule is in place for both your and our safety. keep this in mind if out enjoying our local night life . No exceptions will be made .
