Welcome to my newly refurbished apartment in Torrevieja. It is just 10 minutes from the most popular beaches of Torrevieja (Playa del Cura and Playa de los Locos). Beach promenade, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and bus connections - all in the immediate vicinity. A supermarket is right in the annex. I have provided for your comfort: dishes and kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, parasol, a comfortable couch, a newly installed air conditioner and Wi-Fi. The space The apartment consists of a living/dining room with an American kitchen and a balcony, a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and towels. The kitchen features a stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine and kettle. A TV and an iron are also provided. The apartment is sunny but very quiet. The windows face the courtyard. The apartment is on the second floor, the house has no elevator, so it is not barrier-free. Other things to note The apartment is ideal for a couple. Pets for an extra fee.
