The whole family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are in a good neighborhood with Southpoint Mall only a 2 minute drive away. Many great tourist areas are nearby including downtown Durham and Chapel Hill, RDU airport, and some places in Raleigh. We have a master bedroom, with a luxury bathtub, and a room upstairs that can fit 1-2 people (in an Ikea trundle bed). In renting the house you have access to the kitchen, dining room, living room and back porch.
