Enjoy both options for relaxation and fun, as the complex offers a range of amenities, including a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and grilling areas. You'll also find a boat launch, boat slips, and parking for your boat trailer. Wi-Fi is available in all public areas, including the pool, docks, and beach. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condominium sleeps up to four and is located on the 6th floor, offering a direct Gulf view from the kitchen, living room, and balcony, and a Lagoon and pool view from the bedroom. The unit includes free private Wi-Fi and a new 70" flat-screen smart TV with cable, Netflix, Hulu, and more. The living area features a queen-size sofa sleeper, and the fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances. The dining area has a table that seats four, and there's also seating at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an elegant shower. A stacked washer and dryer in the hall closet adds convenience to your stay. Policies : Parking passes are handled on-site by the association, with charges applying. Boats and/or boat trailers require a separate parking pass for USD 20. Linens are provided; please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels. Additional Information: Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent. Photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not permitted. Use the new “B” elevator on the west side or the new “C” elevator on the east side of the complex, depending on the location of your rented unit.
