The space Accessed over a bridge with electric gates, the barn is on a small private complex in rural Norfolk, surrounded by farmland and waterways. With it's double height glass frontage, the barn is light and airy, with under floor heating throughout. There's a well equipped shaker style kitchen, a huge island with bar stools, plenty of storage, a fridge, separate freezer, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, and your condiments, tea, coffee, and sugar are supplied for you. There's 4 sofas to lounge on, a large television (with all your favourite streaming services available), and a speaker for your favourite play lists (not too loud though, please - see House Rules)! Outside the patio doors you'll find the hot-tub, chairs, sun loungers and picnic table. There's a BBQ for guests to really make the most of the good weather. Upstairs: Theres 4 cosy double bedrooms, all with oak beams and vaulted ceilings, oak furniture, sturdy mattresses, and crisp white linen. There's a shower room (located in the master bedroom) plus a luxury bathroom with double vanity unit. If you're venturing out, then you're just 8 minutes from miles of beautiful waterways, 20 minutes from Sandringham, and 35 minutes from the Norfolk coast with its glorious beaches. PRIOR TO BOOKING PLEASE NOTE: LOCATION: You will need your vehicle to get to the nearest shops & pubs. CELEBRATIONS WELCOME but if you're looking for a 'party pad', then this is not the property for you. I do not host Hen or Stag parties. DOGS: Up to 2 medium-sized, well-behaved dogs are welcome (charges apply). They must not be left unattended in the house/garden and they are not permitted upstairs or on the furniture. NO EXTRA VISITORS/GUESTS PERMITTED: Maximum occupancy is 8 (plus 1 infant). No additional guests on sofas or blow up beds are permitted. MAIN BEDROOM: Has 2 Skylights. There are no blinds on these windows.. Eye masks are provided. CCTV is in operation externally 24/7 monitoring the front entrance and rear garden. (CCTV does not overlook the hot tub). EV CHARGING: There is no EV Charging facility at the Barn, but all the nearest supermarkets have them. DAMAGES: Are chargeable, as are extra cleaning costs incurred due to not following house rules/departure protocol. Guest access Guests have use of the entire house and garden. *The ground floor office and wardrobes in the main bedroom are locked as they contain my personal belongings. Other things to note I try and meet all guests in person as it's always good to meet people face to face that I'm entrusting with my home for a few days. If I am not around, you can self check in and self check out using the key safe.
