This 180SQM home blends rustic charm with modern amenities, offering a unique and comfortable stay. The space • Swimming pool open from May to September • The house is spread across 180SQM on two floors, perfectly blending rustic charm with modern comforts, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for up to 6 guests. Ground Floor: Unwind in the cozy living room, which features a double sofa bed (140x200cm), comfortable armchairs, a 43" smart TV with Netflix included and direct access to the garden. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen includes a dining table and everything you need to cook. Kitchen amenities include: • Gas cooktop • Refrigerator & Freezer • Dishwasher • Oven & Microwave • Kettle • Coffee machine with pods & Moka pot • Toaster Upper Floor: An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find two bedrooms. The first offers a double bed, a desk, drawers and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe. The home has one full bathroom with two sink, toilet, bidet and a bathtub and a second bathroom with a toilet and sink. Outdoor Space: Step outside to enjoy the large garden. A portion is reserved exclusively for you, with a dining area and deckchairs. Cool off in the shared swimming pool (8x4m, 1.5m deep), typically open from May to end of September. We provide fresh bed linens, bath towels and pool towels as well as a small welcome kit with soap, shampoo, and shower gel. • 7 days before your arrival we will send you a form where you can enter your ID or passport.
