Urban Glamping at Maria's Deck

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Spend the night on Makati's first private rooftop glamping place. Urban glamping takes camping to a whole new level by putting the camping atmosphere into the city, where you'll have access to city attractions at your fingertips but can camp under the stars at night. The space Maria's Deck Access: Maria's Deck is situated on the rooftop of our residential building. Please note that there is no elevator in the building, so guests will need to climb stairs to reach the deck. Floor Layout: Ground Floor & 2nd Floor: These are private residences and are not accessible to guests. 3rd Floor: This is where the Airbnb units are located. 4th Floor: This floor features shared spaces, including a community lounge, kitchen, and bathroom. Roof Deck: Maria's Deck (Urban Glamping) is located here. Guest access SHARED SPACES 4th Floor: This floor includes a community lounge, kitchen, and bathroom that all guests can use. MARIA'S DECK This area, also known as Urban Glamping, is located on the rooftop and is accessible to Maria's deck guests only. Other things to note TENT CAPACITY Tent: Our tent can accommodate up to 5 single beds. For additional guests, we will provide pillows and sleeping bags only; bedding will not be provided. Private Rooms: Large Groups: If you’re traveling with a big group and need more space, please inquire about our private rooms. Non-Overnight Guests: Fee: There is a fee of Php 200 per non-overnight guest. Payment: This fee is payable upon check-in. PARKING Garage Parking: We offer parking space for 1 car inside our garage. Street Parking: Available on a first-come, first-served basis. One-Side Parking Policy: Please adhere to the one-side parking policy in Barangay Guadalupe Nuevo. This means parking is allowed only on the side of the street opposite our building. Do not block any neighbor’s parking space or driveway, and avoid causing congestion on the street. HOUSE RULES Pets: Pets must wear diapers at all times. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property. Registered Guests Only: Only guests who are registered are permitted in the building. Quiet Time: Please observe quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This includes no loud music or noise. No Karaoke: Karaoke is not allowed. HOUSEKEEPING Long-Term Guests (3 days or more): Your room will be cleaned and towels will be changed every 3 days. Short-Term Guests (1-2 days): Room cleaning and towel replacement will be done only upon check-out.
