Quiet, cosy music-inspired room with a single bed and additional single bed pull-out. Shared bathroom, garden access and your own food shelf. Set in a quiet conservation area, the room is professionally cleaned weekly and offers a relaxed, comfortable base. A favourite for solo travellers, Arsenal fans and students who need a quiet haven. 5 mins to Caledonian Rd and Holloway Rd tubes, 15 mins to Central London, 20 mins to Kings Cross, near Emirates Stadium and London Met Uni. The space Ground floor flat. Access to shared spaces and bedroom including garden. Guest access You can access your room, kitchen, bathrooms, garden, living room. Please note I work from home in the living room most days during the week. During your stay I work from home most days of the week in the living room so am happy to interact and help during your stay where possible. Best suited for those who just want a quiet stay somewhere fairly central without fuss. Other things to note No previous reviews, no booking. ALL GUESTS must have complete profiles with pictures and with reviews., Profiles with no pics, reviews and/or created within the last 6 months will be immediately rejected. Women preferred but will consider men with good reviews. No extra guests (without prior consent )or pets. No entertaining overnight Late checkout costs extra. I don’t offer luggage storage after checkout sorry. UPDATE: This room is really most comfortable for one person. Room now comes with additional rollaway bed but this means the room has less space when they’re both out. You’ll likely have to roll it back during the day to move more freely. Please Message BEFORE booking to enquire as there will be a small additional cost to accommodate if I agree to an extra guest.
