Grocery store and train station within walking distance. 15 min car ride to the beach or a gorgeous 30 min bike ride through the Kennemerland dunes. Two parking spot on the premises. The space Ground floor consists of a large living room with and open kitchen area. The kitchen /diner area includes a dinner table with up to 8 adult chairs and a kitchen with all required utilities and a small breakfast bar. Two large doors lead you from the kitchen/diner area to the garden. The living area has two seating areas with couches and a TV. The first floor consists out of two bedrooms, an office space, the bathroom and a separate toilet with sink. The bathroom has two sinks, a shower and a bathtub. The main bedroom has a double bed with nightstands. The second bedroom is the room of our 2 sons. It has a bunk bed, which is suitable for adults. On the second floor is a third bedroom with two single beds which can be placed together and used as a double bed. Guest access You can enjoy the entire house.
