Cozy lake location for the whole family located in the Stockholm archipelago, perfectly located between Möja and Sandhamn. Large archipelago plot in the best south-facing location with its own long coastline, flat cliffs and 2 private jetties. On the rest of the island, there is a forest with cozy walking paths and small coves with nice cliffs. The space There are 10 beds spread over 3 houses: a large cottage, a smaller guest house and a sauna house right by the water's edge. The charming large cottage of 50 sqm has 3 bedrooms. In the large cabin's small living room there is a fireplace, dining area for 6-8 people and 2 smaller armchairs. The kitchen has the necessary equipment, including fridge, stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, running cold and hot fresh water and everything to both cook and set a nice meal. In the guest house, in addition to the beds, there is also a sink with running fresh water and a small table and chair. The sauna house is about 2 meters from the water's edge with direct access to a small jetty for swimming. In addition to the wood-fired sauna, there is a smaller room with a bunk bed (2 beds). On the outside of the sauna is the outdoor shower with hot fresh water. Guest access The house is located on an approx. 8000 sqm forest plot right by the sea with a private location. Along the long shoreline, there are child-friendly bathing cliffs and shallow water that goes towards deeper along the large jetty. On the property, there are cozy seating areas, all with sea views. There are two jetties – a small larger one where you can dock by boat, as well as sit and eat. The smaller jetty is more like a bathing jetty at a sauna. In addition, there is a 2x4 m pontoon boat to swim out to. On the large and child-friendly natural plot, there are both undulating and flat rock outcrops, lawn for playing, for example, boule or kubb, a brick outdoor grill and gas grill next to the dining area. Also, a large paella pan with a stand that connects to gas is available. Toys and outdoor games are available to borrow. Other things to note Rib boat available to rent for an extra cost.
