The space The flat, spanning 110 m², includes an open kitchen, a cozy living room, two comfortable bedrooms, a functional study room, and a well-equipped bathroom. The spacious and comfortable sofa in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping area. Located on the ground floor, the flat opens to a beautifully maintained garden, offering a tranquil retreat. There’s also a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening. Other things to note According to new regulations in Turkey, rentals of 100 days or less are subject to strict conditions. However, rentals of 101 days or more are not subject to these restrictions.
