The fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave and oven offers the possibility of preparing delicious dishes. • The external porch of the Villa is a charming corner, furnished with tables and chairs, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests who can enjoy views of the sand garden embellished with palm trees, whose swaying foliage catches the Boa Vista wind. Colorful bougainvillea adds a splash of vibrant hues, creating a tropical and festive atmosphere. The porch is the perfect place to encourage convivial moments between guests. Whether it's an outdoor breakfast, a lunch under the sun or relaxed evenings. • Private internal parking guarantees guests easy access and security for their vehicles and sports equipment. • Terrace on the first floor with a view of the golden dunes and the ocean • Solarium. The terrace is a magical place to admire spectacular sunsets, the starry sky of Cape Verde and the timeless beauty of the island. Guest access Guests are invited to freely explore and enjoy all common and private areas of the villa. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, porch, garden and all other areas designed for their comfort are accessible without any restrictions. The garage area is the only space that remains exclusively reserved for the staff. Other things to note - “Water usage note: The cost of the reservation includes the first load of water necessary for the stay. However, in the event that the water consumption exceeds the initial supply, the cost for any additional water loads will be charged to the guests.”** Security at Vila is an absolute priority, ensuring guests have a peaceful and protected stay. A private trusted guard who has been working with us since 2015 is present to ensure the safety of guests and property. The Villa is equipped with external cameras. The area dedicated to dogs is specially designed to offer a large and safe space. The fence ensures that dogs can move freely within a well-defined perimeter, contributing to safety without compromising the comfort of guests. Allowed upon request to the host and upon extra payment. *Linen change*: Whenever guests during their stay require a complete change of linen (sheets and towels, tea towels) an extra will be requested based on the number of people. These services can be requested directly from the contact person and payment must be made either upon the customer's arrival or upon delivery of the clean linen. *Other extra costs*: Additionally, a small initial supply of toilet paper will be provided. For subsequent supplies you will personally purchase where you prefer or you can ask the representative on site. Cleaning during the stay can be carried out upon request to the contact person with an extra cost to be established based on the number of guests.
