The space The studio is composed of: - a cozy bedroom open to equipped kitchenette (induction hob, small fridge, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, basic kitchen utensils) attached to a shower and toilet (independent room). - a private terrace equipped with a garden furniture, without any vis-à-vis. - a glass window (this is the independent front door) and 2 other windows, therefore the studio is very bright . It is appreciated for its location, its calm, and the view of the garden and the sea! 2 🎾 free tennis courts! 5 min walk! Guest access The studio is located by car: - 5 minutes from Pléneuf Val André (shuttle possible in high season; inquire at the Val André tourist office) - 15 min from Erquy - 15 min from Lamballe-Armor train station (4 hours by TGV from Paris) - 20 min from St. Brieuc train station - 1 hour from Saint-Malo or Rennes - 1 hour from the Pink Granite Coast. Other things to note For stays of 1 and 2 nights , cleaning is your responsibility! It is advisable to wash, dry and put away the used dishes, empty the garbage and leave the studio as clean as you found it! For everyone's comfort, the studio is non-smoking (vaping and tobacco are allowed outside only). Your pet 🐕 🐈‍⬛ is only allowed if the grounds, the cleanliness of the space, and the absence of noise disturbance are respected! It must also avoid chasing our 3-colored cat that lives on the premises! (Please note that the grounds are not enclosed!) For those who wish to travel light (staying for one or two nights) (hikers, cyclists or others), there is the option of renting: a set of 4 towels (€15 to be left on site or payment by bank transfer possible)
