Amenities enjoyed by my guests: Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit will be provided in each bathroom, consisting of 2 bottles of shower gel 30ml, 2 bottles of shampoo 30ml, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 bars of hand soap. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating (heat pump) and air conditioning. Other features you should take into account: External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Baby cot option available for travellers with infants for an additional extra charge of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for a supplement of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Please let us know your needs in advance so that we can prepare them for your stay. IMPORTANT, IF YOU COME BY CAR YOU MUST TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT the apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorization from the DGT, otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, cab or VTC. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT BY PRIVATE VEHICLE, YOU RESERVE A PARKING SPACE DURING YOUR STAY. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PARK ON THE STREET, IT IS MANDATORY TO USE PUBLIC PARKING. Guest access If you come by car, please note that the apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL, where there are strict traffic restrictions. To access the apartment by private vehicle, it must have the corresponding approved sticker of the DGT and must be parked in a public parking lot, it is forbidden to park on the street. Failure to follow these rules may lead to fines or the withdrawal of the vehicle by the authorities. TRANSPORTATION you can find in the vicinity of this beautiful apartment: - If you are coming from ATOCHA: - METRO ANTÓN MARTÍN (Line 1 Light blue) 1 stop. - ON FOOT: 20 minutes. - UBER/TAXI: 5 minutes. - If you are coming from Barajas AIRPORT: - CERCANÍAS train. Price 2.60€. Journey Airport T4 - Atocha. 30 Mins - BUS Express 205: Price 5€. Journey Airport - Atocha. 40 mins. - UBER/TAXI: Price 25/30€. Trip 25/30 minutes. - The METRO stops NEAREST to the apartment are: - LAVAPIÉS(Line 3 Yellow) 2 minutes walk. - ANTÓN MARTÍN (Line 1 Light Blue) 6 minutes walk. - TRAIN and subway station ATOCHA 20 minutes walking distance. - The nearest public PARKING are: - Primavera Public Parking 3 minutes walking distance. - Price: 1 day 40 €, 2 days 50 €, 3 days 60 €... Other things to note When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. In any case, I will visit you in the flat once you have checked in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. For self check-in we have the option to pick up the keys at a nearby establishment located 10 minutes away. The check-in timetable is until 23h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to receive you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35€ at the time of key handover. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are made up for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the booking. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, especially during the summer months. There are bins on each floor of the building. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the booking has been confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents for all guests over 16 years of age. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the booking. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A TOURIST FLAT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND TO SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CLIENT. Should you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be collected from a location other than the accommodation.
