This is the beach house that will meet anyone’s expectations! It has modern fixtures and furniture throughout. It has tremendous views of the Gulf of Mexico and is right across the street. There is a boardwalk that is a 1-minute walk (180 feet away) from the house that will provide a convenient path to the water. Three of the bedrooms are downstairs, including the master with a custom walk-in shower with Other things to note As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you! Please note the following: 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time. 3. This home is NOT pet-friendly. 10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
