Guests are welcome to take a peaceful stroll through the coffee estate and soak in the breathtaking views of the Western Ghats from a scenic vantage point— a perfect way to reconnect with nature. ● Bedrooms There are three bedrooms with attached bathrooms [Two bedrooms on ground floor and One bedroom on first floor with attached balcony] All bedrooms offers a queen size bed, wardrobe, Wi-Fi access. Extra mattress can be provided on request. ● Bathrooms There are three attached bathrooms. All Bathrooms offers geysers,towels and basic toiletries . ● Living Room & Dining Area There are two Living rooms First floor Living area comes with Seating area, Indoor games, TV and music system. Dining area is a part of the Ground floor Living area, perfect for shared meals and conversations. ● Kitchen It is equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, toaster and kettle. Crockery and cutlery for essential cooking is available Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa Other things to note Here are few things we'd like to mention so as to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay - For meal options, Guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants - BBQ grill is available at an additional cost- perfect for a cozy evening cookout! - The road leading to the villa is partially off road - In case of power outrage, inverter can support essential appliances upto 3-4 hours - Mobile network works fairly in the property - There are CCTV cameras in external areas for security purposes - Quiet hours after 10 pm - The caretaker stays on premises of the same property and will be available anytime - Alcohol or any substances of those kind is not encouraged within the property.
