Room, located between city center and forest

I rent one of my rooms, located in a residence, on the 2nd floor without elevator access. View of the forest, and 300 m from the village of Saint-Avertin. I live there with my 13-year-old son and our very affectionate golden retriever dog. The space I am in an apartment on the first floor. Other things to note at home, we share the space with our very affectionate golden retriever.
