Riddle Village and Riddle Hospital are nearby. A 4 min drive to Elwyn or Wawa Septa Train Station, 18 min drive to Philadelphia International Airport, 25 min to UPenn. Easy access to Media downtown area with lots of restaurants. Hope you'll enjoy the wall pictures that I brought back from different national parks. The space The modernized place was just renovated. It boasts two bedrooms, a full kitchen and bathroom. It is furnished with brand new Samsung appliances and new Raymour & Flanigan furniture. Guests will have access to the entire space and the in-unit washer and dryer. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom that sleeps two, and a full bed in the second bedroom. Guest access It is on the second floor with private entrance. You will need to climb the stairs. Other things to note Some house rules: Quiet time: 11pm - 7am Absolutely NO SMOKING! Coffee grounds should be dumped into the trash bin, not the sink! NO PARTIES/EVENTS; NO PETS; Check-out is at 11am; Quiet time is from 11pm to 7am; Do not throw feminine products and paper towels in the toilet
