The very high-quality living room couch can be pulled out into a double bed with a simple handle, equipped with high-quality mattresses, so the sofa bed is a real bed with great sleeping comfort. A private loggia overlooking the Ardetzenberg, with seating, awaits you. Underground parking is automatically reserved with the apartment, very nice. 24/7 self check-in Guest access The apartment is completely barrier-free. Also the walk-in shower. An elevator leads up from the underground car park to the apartment, very fine ☺️ A Digibox (next to the mailbox) is on the first floor. A few days before the arrival date, an access code will be sent. The code then releases the front door key. Very easy to use. Check-in is therefore always possible. Very straightforward and also independent for both sides. Other things to note 20 minutes' walk to the medieval old town of Feldkirch. In the immediate vicinity is the Gasthaus Krone (also with delivery or pick-up service, where you can also get the traditional Vorarlberg cheese spaetzle or "Lustenauer cheese flatbread". A stone's throw away is the Ardetzenberg with its beautiful wildlife park (free admission) – reachable in approx. 30 minutes. From there you have a beautiful view over the city of Feldkirch. Cycle towards Bregenz, along the Rhine, to beautiful Lake Constance and enjoy the natural beauty. Feel free to 🇱🇮 make excursions to nearby Switzerland 🇨🇭 or Liechtenstein. The property is located near the border. We invite you to a beautiful and romantic recreational area with small lakes, some of which can be used for swimming. The area is within walking distance and invites you to take long walks as well as bike tours. A bicycle storage room (lockable) is of course included in the accommodation.
