Craftsman Haven in Echo Park

This Arts & Crafts home is ideal for families or design-saavy renters seeking an elegant LA experience in the city's oldest neighborhood. The wrap-around front porch is perfect for morning coffee, people-watching, or entertaining. The downstairs is light-drenched and features an ultra-comfy open floorplan, with a fireplace, playroom, half bath, and chef-friendly kitchen. Upstairs are two full bathrooms, two dedicated bedrooms and a spacious studio space which converts into a bedroom. Guest access The entire 1414 property is available to you when you rent, including the yard, and front porch. The connected 1416 studio unit is not included. We, the owners, will often stay there, while the main unit is rented. Other things to note My wife, daughter and I live in this home (unless it's being rented). It is fully furnished, including nice linens and lots of other creature comforts you'd expect from a family. We will actively do whatever we can to ensure you have a great stay.
