Cozy 160 m2 apartment in an old farmhouse with one floor at the exit of the village. Independent entrance, with a terrace, a large front door and a meadow. Adjoining my house and another apartment. In the center of Tarn and medieval villages: Albi 25 minutes away; Lautrec, its pink garlic and its nautical base 10 km away; Cordes-sur-Ciel 45 minutes away. 1 hour from Toulouse, the Sidobre 40 minutes, the Montagne Noire 45 minutes. The space This place has just been completely refurbished with quality equipment including sleeping arrangements. - On the ground floor you will find: * A large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. * A large bedroom with a 160 bed and its private bathroom (shower plus sink). * a laundry room. * a separate toilet. - upstairs you will find: * two bedrooms, each with a 140 bed. * a large bathroom with two vanities, a shower and a bathtub. * A self-catering toilet. *** For holidays a minimum of 3 nights will be requested ( unless otherwise noted) . *** Towels and dishcloths are provided. ***** Bed sheets are not provided. if you want the beds made upon your arrival you will be charged €10 per bed. ***For cleaning, a mandatory package and depending on the number of nights will be requested. For 2 nights: €30 For 3 nights: 40€ For 4 nights: €45 Then you count €10/night. 5 nights: €50 7 nights: 70€ A place to store bicycles. A travel crib is available as well as a booster seat. Guest access In the village: grocery store/bakery. Les Vergers de Montdragon: sale of local products (cheese, meat, vegetables, fruit…) and possibility to pick up the vegetables yourself depending on the season. 3 km from doctors, physiotherapist and pharmacy. 7 km away: shops, news, tobacco, Intermarché, gas station, wine cellar, butcher, cheese factory etc. Market every Wednesday of the year. Other things to note TV with TNT channels. You'll have the option to eat and relax outside: tables, deckchair, arbors, barbecue, swing. In the village, a 5-minute walk, there is a slide with a play area for toddlers. As well as a free-access tennis court, a bowling alley, two ping pong tables, a city park and a soccer field. You will have at your disposal in the accommodation tennis rackets, badminton rackets and various balls. 2 km away, there is an educational farm with outdoor games: La Compagnie du Carrelet. There's another one 6 km away: Poppy & Co. In Lautrec, 10 km away, there is an outdoor nautical center, Aquaval, with a large space for toddlers (wading pool and various water games) panta-glide, whirlpool, pool etc. The water is heated to 26 degrees all summer. As well as a mini-golf course. Adjacent to the place and with free access, there are swings, various games for young and old (spider, volleyball court, petanque, small zip line, etc.) in a very shaded setting on the edge of a lake with barbecues available. In Castres 25 min: Archipelago nautical center, skating rink, golf, bowling, cinema, museum, famous Christmas market… In Albi 25 minutes: Atlantis Nautical Center, bowling, cinema, museum…
