On the upper level you will find a master king suite with walk in shower and deck, a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a full bath with shower that is shared with the main living area. Also, located on this floor is the open concept kitchen , dining and living room area. On the upper porch area is a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a sitting area to relax and enjoy the views. A spiral staircase leads to a crow's nest with fantastic panoramic views of the island and, of course, the ocean. The mid level has 2 king bedrooms with full baths and a bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bath with a tub. This level is also home to another sitting area with full size pool table and a convenient kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee bar. There is also a half bath and laundry area on this level with a full size washer and dryer. On the ground level is a storage area for items you might bring and want to secure at night. The storage room is also where you will find the full size chest freezer (load up on ice!) and beach chairs. I saved the best for last...the back yard! The tiki bar sports a large smart TV, sink, built-in cooler, and another refrigerator. The amazing built-in BULL grill is commercial grade. The lawn is lush with grass, and tropical plants. A large picnic table is shaded by a beautiful umbrella. The full-size pool is fantastic! There is a a cushioned seating area and multiple lounge chairs. Finally, the beach is just "66 seconds to the sand" via our private access just to the left of center. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home
