The space Modern, comfortable, uncluttered, space which allows us to thoroughly clean between every guest!! Within a short drive of multiple wedding venues in the area, Parrot Island Water Park, & Fort Chaffee Maneuver Training Center. Guest access Guests have access to all of the home , except for utility closets and one supply closet. ..As of April 30th 2024, all guests booking through Airbnb's platform will no longer be allowed to park in garage due to new Airbnb policies disallowing use of security cameras in a parking garage. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, however there is plenty of safe outdoor parking area within our gated property. Other things to note Use pond area at your own risk!
