Warm, quiet house with pool

Looking for calm to recharge your batteries? 3 hours from Paris, we rent our fully equipped family home located in the Bourbonnais wooded countryside. Not intended for public use, any reservation for profit or commercial purposes is prohibited. 2-story non-smoking house on fully enclosed 3000 m2 wooded land with pool. The house has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor. Please don't hesitate to contact me for a more complete description. The space Home improvement On the ground floor, a large living room includes the dining room and the living room which includes an insert for cooler evenings and a TV. The kitchen is fully and extensively equipped. It has a back kitchen, convenient for storing groceries! Kitchen equipment: oven and ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine and dryer as well as a clothes rack, and of course everything you need for cooking. The back kitchen opens onto a garage where you can leave your vehicle. You can also leave one to two cars in the driveway leading to the house (enclosed land with gate). The kitchen opens onto the terrace with garden furniture (round table and chair as well as a large parasol) which overlooks the pool and allows for breakfasts, outdoor aperitifs… and a large garden inviting rest and relaxation! A first double bedroom (140 bed) is located on the ground floor equipped with a TV, as well as a bathroom (bathtub) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, on the landing, there is an office area with a library and a reading area. We have left many books available in the library. The master bedroom (160 bed) is also equipped with a TV and has its own bathroom and private toilet, as well as a balcony overlooking the pool. The third and last bedroom has a double bed (140) and a single bed. Each room has storage (equipped wardrobes or furniture), allowing you to forget about suitcases for the time of your stay! A total capacity of 7 beds. Please let me know if you need an extra bed/crib. All linens will be provided for your stay, except beach towels. The pool is open from mid-May to end of September, it is secured by an automatic shutter. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off (hot and cold water) without having to go through the whole house!
