Wake up at the lake! This beautiful cabin has everything you need to enjoy a getaway. Walking distance to lake access and just a 5-minute drive to the main beach in Alberta Beach. Launch your boat, kayak or paddle board or enjoy the day with your toes in the sand. Playgrounds are a 4-minute walk in either direction. Then settle in around the fire as the sun sets. Also equipped with Starlink wifi, this three (3) bedroom house is perfect for your family or a small group of friends. The space This quiet property is situated on a large lot and backs onto a farmers field. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch and your days on the water, exploring the trails or walking into town (25 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the village of Alberta Beach). Unwind in the evening around the crackling fire or, if it is more your style, click on the fire table and enjoy the serenity from the screened-in gazebo. You may see deer or other wildlife while enjoying your morning coffee or roasting marshmallows. If the weather is cool, cozy up on the comfy couch with a book, a movie or play one of the many Playstation and Xbox games provided for your entertainment. Need to get some work done? Not a problem, this cabin is equipped with STARLINK internet and a dedicated workspace. Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms: one with King Size comfortable bed, 2 side tables, one with a Queen bed, 2 side tables and a desk, and the other guest room has a double bed. The third bedroom (queen) is in the large addition separated from the hallway with an accordian door. Living room: has a comfortable couch, perfect for cuddling up and watching a movie. Roku TV, coffee table, side table. Dining area: Open concept dining area with a table for 6. Kitchen: newly renovated fully functional kitchen. Included in your stay will be the use of the fridge, electric stove/ oven, coffee maker, microwave, and blender. Bathroom: the house has 1 full bath with a bathtub. Amenities: Beddings, Pillows, Towels (bath/hand/face), washer and dryer. One air conditioning unit will be set up for guest use in the summer months. Use of the fire pit, propane fire table, patio table and chairs. Please return the chairs in proper order after use. BBQ grill use is complementary. Ensure that the propane is turned off and Please keep it clean after each use. NOT INCLUDED: FIREWOOD (you can buy at the nearby grocery store and gas station). We can also order and have the wood ready for you at a reasonable cost. Please let us know ahead of time. ENTERTAINMENT: one Roku TV which allows you to log into your NETFLIX, PRIME, etc. Unlimited STARLINK wifi is also complementary, making this a great place to work from home. Please also note that GUESTS who are NOT LISTED or COMMUNICATED with the host are not allowed in the property. The water on the property is well water. It is perfectly safe for bathing, cooking and brushing your teeth, but we choose not to drink it. Upon check in you will be provided with one (1) Culligan-style jug of water. Please bring additional water with you as you see fit for your stay. This is a beautifully renovated manufactured home. It is fully functional as an all-season home.
